Avis Magica SkyScraper Concept And Vertical Aquarium

Bucharest Architect Studios Armada have unveiled one of the best ever designs for a Skyscraper in Miami dubbed the Avis Magica which is Latin for Magic Bird.

The tower would stand 335ft vertically and would be the tallest structure in the city and would feature a vertical aquarium, museum, outdoor concert stage, observation decks along with several artificial islands that house birds and wildlife.

The tower is designed to somehow produce its own artificial rain clouds which are designed to vibrate with the wind and thus producing electricity.

The building has literally been designed as an oxygen tank for the entire city and while this project is still on the drawing board, it would certainly add some to jazz to Miami as a whole.

Design costs have not yet been released by Armada however the cost of the building is expected to run into hundreds of millions, meaning it could be a while before this project gets off the ground.
