10. Calabasas Estate

Thought to be worth around $42 Million Dollars at one point in time, this massive home is located in a gated community in Calabasas, California.

The home sits on 25,000-square-feet of land, with construction on the house being started in 2003 and being designed by Stephen Samuelson with it taking 7 years to complete.

With an adobe style interior, this home is completely custom designed and features a marvelously carved front door, which was restored from a fort in Northern India.

The interior of the house also features 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a meditation lounge, a pool room, a Moroccan-themed home theatre and a recording studio.

The oustide of the mansion is just as impressive as the inside, with if having access to a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, a built-in trampoline, and an impressive outdoor pool.

There is a large garage which has space to fit eight cars and the property has access to its own man-made lake with a small gazebo in the middle which is also thought to be his favorite spot in the whole house.

This MEGA motorhome RV is thought to have cost Will Smith around $2.5 million dollars and features sits on 22 wheels and features $30,000 worth of leather.

The technology on-board is thought to be worth between $100,000 and $125,000 dollars and is most often used while he is residing on set or filming new movies.

The RV is two-story’s high and covers around 1,200 square feet with a large lounge area and dining area with sofa.

The kitchen is massive, and features somewhere between $100,000 and $200,000 worth of granite worktops and other utilities.

There is a large bathroom on-board that is equipped with a steam shower and the bedroom features a hidden wardrobe.

The team was originally purchased for between $270 and $290 million dollars and is now thought to command a value of an estimated $700 million dollars.

Will smith is thought to hold a $250,000 dollar stake and they described being a part of the franchise as an honor.

7. Mercedes-Benz GL450

With a starting price of around $65,475 dollars that goes up to $92,225 dollars, the Mercedes-Benz GL450 has a 0-60 speed of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of around 130mph.

Will smith has been pictured driving this car several times and the car features a 4.7-liter turbocharged 8-cylinder engine and a 7-speed automatic transmission.

The car can carry up to 7 passengers, has on-board cruise control, Chrome Door Handles, Tinted Glass windows, LED Brakelights and Rain Detecting wipers.

All in all there was a main house with three bedrooms, two lava rock fireplaces and extra high ceilings, a carriage house with a bedroom and bathroom and a self-contained guesthouse has another two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Outside there is a 50-foot-long swimming pool and spa, a poolside pavilion that includes a bar and bathroom and a tennis court.

The house also has its own private beach that was described as one of the best in the world.

5. 1965 Ford Mustang

Will Smith owns a a classic 1965 Ford Mustang convertible in red that features a 3-speed Automatic transmission and an I-6 engine.

Described as one of America’s best loved sporty cars at thye time, the 1965 Ford Mustang was featured in Smith’s film I am Legend.

In 1965 you would have paid around $2,372 dollars, however in todays market you can expect to pay roughly $22,000 to $26,000 dollars.

4. Old City Building

Thought to have been bought by Will Smith and his brother Harry, the Unite Building was sold for an undiscolsed amount of money in 2002.

The 64,000-square-foot property sits across from The Bourse and it was originally going to be re-named the Smith Media Building.

Plans to turn the building into a high-tech contemporary office building with state-of-the art technology fell through and the building was later off-loaded.

3. Cadillac Escalade

With prices starting at $75,990 and going up to $87,985, this American work horse features a 6.2-liter pushrod small-block V-8 engine with direct fuel injection.

The car has a zero to 60 speed of just 6.1 seconds and a top speed of an estimated 130 mph.

2. Maybach 57s

With a retail price of around $366,934 dollars, this is one of the most expensive cars owned by Will Smith and was thought to have been purchased in 2008.

The car features a 6.0-L version of the V12 engine manufactured by Mercedes-AMG and can go from 0-60mph in under 5 seconds.

The car was unveiled at the at the Los Angeles Auto Show in January 2006 and the car can hit a top speed of 170mph.

Located on Star Island, this large home is thought to have numerous bedrooms and bathrooms with the price paid for the mansion currently undisclosed.

The home has a large swimming pool and private dock that can be overlooked from the second floor balconies.

This mansion is located in a secure gated community and is surrounded by large palm trees ands high walls to keep out unwanted guests.
