DJ Khaled is an American record producer, radio personality, DJ, record label executive and author, He was a radio host for the Miami-based urban music radio station WEDR “99 Jamz” and the DJ for the hip hop group Terror Squad and he has an estimated net worth of around $20 million dollars.

10. Miami Mansion

Purchased by DJ Khaled sometime during 2011, this amazing home, located in Aventura, Miami Florida, is worth around $3.8 million dollars.

The home features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, comes with an impressive sneaker room, soaring living room and an outside area he calls his “musical garden”.

Covering 6,600 square feet, the home also has access to an elevator, an ocean-facing pool, and a 45-foot boat dock with a jet ski lift.

Purchased from Robbie William’s for $10 Million dollars, this amazing Miami home is a great example of the kind of success that DJ Khaled is currently enjoying.

Located in Beverly Hills, California, this home has seven-bedrooms, eleven-bathrooms and was originally on the market for $11 million dollars.

The 10,681-square-foot Mulholland Estate is the epitome of Beverly Hills luxury, was built in 1992 and sits on one of the most luxurious gated communities in the world.

The mansion is located on almost three-fourths of an acre, overlooking the city, mountains, and canyons with it featuring a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, living area, two terraced patios and a sprawling lawn.

The two story front entry leads to a living room, study formal dining room, gym and media room, and amazing kitchen with a breakfast area, butler’s pantry, and maid’s quarters.

Of course there is a recording studio for his work from home ideas and there is plenty of parking spaces outside for his collection of Rolls Royce cars.

7. 2017 Rolls Royce Dawn Convertible

Already getting a feel for the cars of DJ Khaled? You can probably tell by now that he is a Rolls Royce fan and that fandom goes a step further with the 2017 Rolls Royce Dawn Convertible.

This car costs the average buyer around $343,000 dollars and comes with 6.6-liter twin-turbo V-12 that kicks out 563 hp.

The car has a 0-60 time of 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 155 miles per hour, having been named the “sexiest Rolls-Royce ever built”

The eight-speed transmission shifts nearly undetected and on the inside there is a 10.3-inch LED screen and Spirit of Ecstasy Rotary Controller.

DJ Khaled is a huge fan when it comes to any type of collectible shoes, with his favourite brands including Nike and Rebbok with a totall collection of over 10,000 pairs.

The third, but not final car owned by DJ Khaled, his 2016 Metallic-Black Rolls Royce Ghost may be several years old but that does not put a damper on its sleek looks and stylish driving.

The car, which costs $428,000 dollars features Adaptive Suspension, Auto Load Leveling, 4-Wheel Independent Suspension and stability control.

The 6.6-litre V12 engine powers the formidable Ghost, which can reach 0-62mph in only 4.9 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph.

The car has on-board Wi-Fi, navigation with an updated interface for ease of use and an optional Bespoke Audio system.

4. Jewellery Collection

Most famous rappers have expensive jewellery collections and DJ Khaled is no expeption with a string of custom bling items to go with his interesting persona, however it has not come without some problems.

Several news outlets reported some of his diamond merchandise as being fake while others are sayig he is counter-suing a company that accused him of failing to pay for his merchandise.

Several of the rappers gold chains are thought to be worth around $110,000 dollars while he also owns a number of rings and expensive watches.

3. Rolls Royce Phantom VIII

One of DJ Khaled’s newest cars, the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII, is thought to have cost him around $540,000 dollars and is the eighth-generation Phantom.

It has been in development for six years and is the first in a series of all-new Rolls-Royces built on a bespoke aluminium spaceframe architecture.

With unprecedented ride quality and comfort the car features a twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre V12 engine that produces 563bhp and a kerb weight of 2550kg.

The Phantom go from 0 – 62mph in 5.3sec and hit a top speed that has been limited to 155mph.
DJ Khaled’s Phantom VIII has an almost yacht-like profile with the car featuring dissapearing screens and a sleek style when it coes to interior decoration.

The car has double glazing through-out and the cabin has had an upgrade to its sound dampening performance.

2. Patek Philippe Nautilus

Thought to have cost DJ Khaled around $300,000 dollars, his Patek Philippe Nautilus is covered in shiney diamonds.

These watches are incredibly rare and highly collectible, which accounts for their high price-tag and Khaled is thought to own several other watches with equal high values.

Take a peek under the diamonds and the watch is covered in a platinum case with diamond dial and stainless steel bezel, that is, yes, also covered in diamonds.

1. Custom BMW M3

When DJ Khaled purchased his red BMW M3 the first thing he did was put a custom made sound system into it.

Costing the star a down-payment of $30,000 dollars in 1991, this car features a 2.3 litre engine that kicks out 255 bhp and has manual transmission.

Today you can expect to pay roughly $135,000 dollars for one in mint condition, as these cars are now highly collectible.

The car featured some great technology for its time including 16 inch cross spoke light alloy wheels, an Electric tilt/slide sunroof, electrically operated door mirrors, Boot spoiler, Central locking and a cassette radio.
