10. Avec Chateau Home
Located on Cedar Grove Road, Fairburn in Georgia, Tyler Perry owns this massive 16,000 square foot mansion that has its own 4000 square foot master suite and cost him around $3,695,000 dollars.
The house has two “prayer gardens,” at the rear, a man-made waterfall, tennis court and an amphitheatre.
The theme of the home is medieval-ism with a life-sized knight in shining armour “guarding” the large double doors.
When buying the home, Perry said in a statement “I wanted this house to be vast. I wanted to make a statement, not in any grand or boastful way, but to let people know what God can do when you believe.”
The home is surrounded by rolling gardens and has a large driveway at the front with a feature fountain with tall trees and high gates.
9. Bentley GT Sports Coupe
Tyler Perry owns a Bentley GT Sports Coupe which features White colour leather seat covers and is one of the most luxurious cars of the Tyler Perry car collection.
The car has a 0-100mph time of 7.3 seconds, a 6 Litre W12 direct injection engine and a 0 – 60 mph time of just 3.4 – 4.6 seconds.
The car has exclusive 20-inch wheels with open-spoke design, red-painted brake calipers and an optional new sports exhaust.

Costing Tyler Perry a massive $13.5 million dollars this mansion is located on 1654 Blue Jay Way, Los Angeles, California.
The property sits on over 8,751 square feet and features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a 3 car garage fronted by stainless steel doors and a screening room
There is also a billiards room, home fitness centre, wine cellar and a disco area with the mansion is built amongst some of the finest estates in the city.

Spread over 32,000 square feet, the house has 15 bedrooms, an 18-hole golf course, amphitheatre and wedding chapel.
The bathrooms in the home are 24K solid gold and alone they are thought to have cost $88,000 dollars with maintenance costs for the entire home running up to around $1.5 Million dollars a year.
The home has several different themed suits, including Moroccan, Egyptian, Oriental and French bedrooms.
The estate also has a guest house, caretaker’s house, green-keeper’s house and a man-made lake complete with fountain with an additional 2 apartments for even more visitors.
5. 2017 Rolls-Royce Wraith
A known Rolls-Royce fan, Tyler Perry owns a Rolls-Royce wraith that features some cutting edge technology and traditional styling.
Manufactured by Rolls Royce and costing Tyler Perry somewhere in the region of $300,000 dollars, this all blue luxury vehicle is the kind of car he likes to be seen driving .
The car has a 6.6L V12 Turbo 8A engine with a top speed of 155.3 mph, a 0-60 speed of 4.4 seconds and kicks out 624 horsepower.
The car has some interesting technology on-board including a heads-up display, adaptive cruise control and a 10.2-inch navigation screen.
A nearly infinite amount of options are available, and the car can be further personalised with unique paint colours and interior furnishings through Rolls’ Bespoke Commission program.
Tyler Perry’s Wraith also has 18-speaker AM/FM/CD stereo system, four-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking sensors, a proximity key and automatic xenon headlights.
Other features on this amazing car include heated front seats, Bluetooth connectivity, power-closing doors, a power-operated trunk and 20-inch alloy wheels.
4. White Bay Cay
Purchased in in 2009 along with another island in The Exuma Cays area of the Bahamas, its understood he has built a tropical/Balinese-style home with several guest bungalow on the island.
Islands like this typically go for around $20-30 million dollars and the house being built is thought to have around 14,000-square-feet of space.
Its understood that Tyler Perry purchased the island for his 40th birthday and plans to use it as a home away from home when he wants to get away from it all.
Other celebrities who own islands in the area include Aga Khan and country singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill who joined early arrivals Johnny Depp and David Copperfield.
It would appear that the remoteness of the islands including a lack of airports, celebrity chef restaurants, nightlife and of course paparazzi are appealing to a large group of super rich celebs like Tyler Perry.
3. Fort McPherson Studios
When your the most successful African American filmmaker in history, you need somewhere to make your movies and what better place to build your studios than on an old Army Base.
Tyler Perry did just that, buying the Fort McPherson Army Base from the US Government which sits on 330 acres of open space and will be the largest film studio in the country.
The Studio will be able to accommodate numerous outside productions such as AMC’s “The Walking Dead” and several HBO Films and productions.
Its thought Tyler Perry acquired 37 houses and buildings built between 1889 and 1910, a golf course, ponds and woodlands and there are Plans to build at least 14 sound stages.
The main building on the site which houses the corporate headquarters, is already an impressive production hub with several sets having already been constructed.

Costing a record setting price tag in Atlanta of $25 Million Dollars Tyler Perry’s 34,688 -square-foot, 17-acre mega mansion has among other things, an infinity style swimming pool.
The property also has a lighted tennis court, a fully equipped gym, a spa, a theatre, a hobby house, gardens, a caretakers suite and an underground ballroom.
The estate includes its own generator, guard house, Presidential-level security, access to the Chattahoochee River and two gated residential entrances.
The property is understood to have been listed for sale in recent months after Tyler Perry decided to move on with him planning to build a new house on a newly acquired 1000 acre estate.
