15. – Beverly Hills Home
Nicknamed the Forbidden Chan Kingdom, this massive California home was sold in 2005 for a reported $6.3 Million Dollars.
The amazing home was built in 1986 and covers an area of 7,638 square feet.
Both the entrance and exit to the premises contain large black automatic double gates.
Inside the courtyard there is a small roundabout with fitted water feature and the home is fairly well hidden, being surrounded by trees and hedges.
There house features a 3-car garage, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, curving staircase, presidential hallway and study area.
There is a large kitchen, Private bar and large wine cellar, large outdoor pool, large terraced area with BBQ and a Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
14. – Custom Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8
In September 2006 Ralliart, Mitsubishi’s Motorsport arm, produced 50 Jackie Chan Special Edition versions of the Lancer Evo 8.
The car has the ability to lap the 22 km Nurburgring in 8 minutes and 11 seconds and comes with a price tag of around $77,000.
There is a fully customized body kit on the car that includes extra aerodynamic vents, 30mm enlarged front fender and upgraded sports automatic breaking system.
The car is powered by a 2 Liter turbocharged engine that can propel the car to a top speed of 228 km/h.
13. – Brisbane Summer Retreat
Considered to be one of Jackie Chan’s summer retreats, little is known about this waterside property located in Brisbane.
The picture you see is currently the only one available and shows the house featuring what appears to be a living room, relaxation area and a large boat docked out back.
The house appears to cover 3 levels and has a very modern architecture.
12. – Mitsubishi 3000GT Prototype
Dating way back to 1993, Jackie Chan owned a Mitsubishi 3000GT Prototype that he used in the filming of a short film called City Hunter.
The car is powered by a twin-turbo V6 engine with all wheel drive and was called the 3000GT VR4.
The car was debuted at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1989 and a couple of years later Jackie Chan was seen in another VR4 during the race inspired film Thunderbolt.
The car can go from 0-60 in 5.5 seconds and has a top speed of 160 miles per hour.
Its currently un-clear if Jackie Chan still has the car.
11. Apartments in OUE Twin Peaks
Its been reported that Jackie Chan has purchased two apartments on one of the lower floors of Overseas Union Enterprise’s condo building in Singapore.
Each apartment in the building features three bedrooms and covers roughly 571 square feet.
The apartments are thought to feature marble bathrooms and decent sized kitchens.
Jackie Chan used to own a three-bedroom unit in the old Grangeford Apartments, which OUE redeveloped into Twin Peaks after acquiring the site some years ago.
10. – Jackie Chan Edition Lamborghini Aventador
Another car custom built for Jackie Chan and used in several promotions is this Lamborghini Aventador, created in 2014.
The car is fitted with a 6.5 liter V12 engine that can produce 690 horsepower and apparently it did not receive any additional upgrades.
Several outer styling tweaks were reported and these include a unique titanium gray exterior paint, brake calipers coated a rich red, and the car’s stance was upgraded with a staggered set of Nero Ade forged black wheels.
The interior received a unique red and black theme that mirrored what is found in the wheel wells, and featured custom stitched Chinese characters.
With a top speed of 217.5 mph and a price tag of $394,000 new, what more do we need to say.
9. – Legacy 500 Private Jet
The first of Jackie Chan’s 2 private jets, the Legacy 500 has a flying range of around 3,125 nautical miles and costs $20 Million Dollars
The plane can seat up to 12 passengers, has a total baggage capacity of 155 cubic feet and includes full digital flight controls in the cockpit.
The plane features fully reclining seats, has a maximum operating altitude of 45,000 feet and can fly at mach 0.83.
The planes on-board comforts include Wi-Fi, High Definition in-flight entertainment, touch screen ipad and iphones and fully integrated audio and visual distribution.
8. – Hideout House and Mansion
Located in an anonymous factory in down town Hong Kong, this large home features a cavernous play area, large office area and personal gym.
The home also features a separate private apartment that can only be accessed through a secret door and contains a large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The building also contains a second secret room, his closet, which has hats, coats, shoes and other collectibles inside and is reportedly underground on the complex.
The bedroom is located behind another 2 secret doors, one of which is a bookshelf.
The bar area in the home features a large collection of teacups and there is also a massive wine cellar.
7. – Jinrikisha Station Building, Singapore
Costing around $7.6 Million, the Jinrikisha Station Building is located in Tanjong Pagar in the Chinatown district within the Singapore’s central business district.
It’s currently un-clear why Jackie Chan purchased the building however it is currently thought to house seafood restaurant, shops, offices and nightclubs.
At one time the Jinrikisha Station was used as a family planning clinic and in 1987 it was one of the first buildings in Tanjong Pagar restored by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
6. – Richard Mille Jackie Chan Tourbillon Dragon
Created in 2012, this custom made watch is one of only 36 ever made and is thought to be valued at around $621,000 dollars.
The watch was a gift to Jackie Chan from the company and featured both rose gold and diamonds.
The watch was released to celebrate the year of the dragon in 2012 and features magnificent engravings of rose gold dragons with red eyes in the center.
The bridges in between the dragons are made of Grade 5 Titanium that fix to the Black Onyx base-plate.
Like I said before, 621,000 dollars, so a little bit more expensive than your average Rolex.
5. – Centennia Suites Floor
During a visit to Singapore in 2010, Jackie Chan purchased a whole floor, or three large Suites amounting to a purchase prove of $7.5 Million Dollars.
Jackie Chan’s choice of suites included a two, three and four bedroom collection.
The building has a total of 97 units and on-site facilities include BBQ pits, basement car park, gymnasium room, Jacuzzi, playground, 24 hours security, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
Centennia Suites is located close to schools, including the elite River Valley Primary School and Oversea Family School.
Residents can head down to Valley Point Shopping Center for amenities such as retail, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and more.
4. – Legacy 650 Private Jet
The second of the Jackie Chan private fleet, the Legacy 650 Private Jet is slightly bigger than the Legacy 500, seating up to 14 passengers and costing around $13,000,000 dollars.
This type of aircraft is known for its remarkably low operating costs and can achieve a range of 3,900 nautical miles and has a maximum operating altitude of 41,000 feet.
The plane has one of the quietest flight experiences in class and contains many of the technology features that the Legacy 500 has.
The Avionics Suite is provided by Honeywell Primus Elite and the jet can fly at mach 0.80.
3. – Bentley Mulsanne
Jackie Chan is the proud owner of a white Bentley Mulsanne with an astronomical starting price of $335,600 dollars.
The car features foam filled tires, a 6.75 liter V8 engine that kicks out 530 bhp and a top speed of 189.5 mph.
The drive from 0-60 is over in just 4.9sec which is just as quick as many sports cars.
The interior of the car features a fantastic new infotainment system, leather seats for which there is 24 colors to choose from and an 8.0″ touch screen on the dash.
2. – Custom Mitsubishi Cabriolet
With mirrors that are mounted towards the windshield and fog lamps that look about the size of dinner plates, this car also has the largest Mitsubishi badge on the front.
This car also sported some horizontal tinted windows that ran across the upper portions of the doors, a transparent rear wing that read “MITSUBISHI” in bold white letters, and it spat flames from its exhaust whenever the “twin-turbo” button was pushed.
The car was later destroyed in a movie scene… but you all have to agree… it does look a bit weird.
1. – BAXI DC Le Mans Racing Team
Jackie Chan is the founding partner of a racing team that dominated the LMP3 class of the Asian Le Mans Series in the 2015/16 season.
He Co-owns the team with David Cheng and is a huge fan of motor-sport in the region.
Its currently un-clear how much the team is worth however he said that the team wants to support both Chinese motor-sport and driver development.
Its even understood that Jackie Chan himself may take to the wheel as part of an up-coming race.
