New Signature Seahorse Houses Announced In Dubai
When the signature floating Seahorse Houses range was first announced its concept design was thought to crazy to ever leave the drawing board, less than a year later and the first of these awesome homes are now floating on the world islands in Dubai.
Such has been the interest in these floating palaces, that the designers of the Seahorse houses have launched a larger range dubbed The Seahorse Signature Range.
The Floating Seahorse Houses are developed by the Kleindienst Group and designed, engineered and built in the United Arab Emirates.
The 4,004-sq ft (372-sq m) Signature Edition was conceived especially for groups and families with guests. Kleindienst says it fuses Emirate culture and lifestyle with European design.
As is the case with the original Tzar Edition, the Signature Edition units are spread across three levels – a sea level, an upper deck and a lower, submerged level.
There are four sleeping areas, which can accommodate up to eight adults and eight children in total, and can be adapted for use as living spaces during the day.
The outdoor spaces can be transformed into a living space or indoor room if required and all the outdoor areas on the upgraded range can now be climate controlled to make guests and home-owners feel comestible all year round.
The worlds first Tzar Edition Seahorse Houses have already been tested in Dubai and the Signature edition units, of which there will be 40 built, each costing $3.3 Million Dollars, will see their first unit completed in October this year.
